Terugbetalingsbeleid

We want our clients to be happy with their purchase. 

All items purchased may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days following the delivery of the item as long as they are in the original condition, unworn, and with all their accessories, including the packaging, box, certificate and protective cover. 

Please inform us by email on info@brittvandriessche.com with the order number and the reason for the return and we will send you a return label as well as the instructions on how to return an item. 

We will refund the cost of the items minus the delivery charge or send your the exchange items once items have been successfully returned. 

Please note that you are responsible for the items until they arrive with us. 

In case of defective or wrongly delivered pieces, we will refund or exchange unless the defect or wrong delivery is attributed to the postal carrier’s negligence.
